Job Summary

This role involves providing support and care to elderly individuals in their homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks according to the client's dietary needs
  • Provide companionship and engage in conversation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or well-being
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often with limited supervision. The role requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Salary and Benefits
