Job SummaryThis role involves providing support and care to elderly individuals in their homes, ensuring they maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks according to the client's dietary needs
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's health or well-being
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often with limited supervision. The role requires bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
