Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled insurance professional to assist existing clients with various questions and customer service-related items. The successful candidate will also be responsible for prospecting new clients in the Oakville and surrounding areas. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop a strong understanding of their insurance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing clients with insurance-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prospect new clients in the Oakville and surrounding areas
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Work with clients to identify and address their insurance gaps and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the agency

Requirements:

  • OTL license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
