Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled insurance professional to assist our clients with various questions and customer service-related items. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for building relationships with clients. As a Commercial Insurance Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, generating qualified leads, and building a commercial vertical through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist existing clients with various questions and customer service-related items
  • Prospect new clients in Oakville and surrounding areas
  • Generate qualified leads and build a commercial vertical
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Meet sales goals and quotas

Requirements:

  • OTL license
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Sales experience making cold calls, inside, and outside sales
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
