Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

Job Description:
The FSI-GTMS (Go-To-Market-Specialist) is responsible for helping sales leaders, account teams, and customers organize and execute a financial services industry-specific strategy on AWS by enabling the people, process, and programs necessary to drive business value. They provide industry expertise and support customers at the line of business. Financial services customers seek prescriptive guidance from experienced specialists in understanding how they easily, securely, and safely migrate to the cloud and are interested in learning how their global peers are adopting and innovating with cloud services.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Drive new business Financial Service for our customers' moves from legacy on-premises environments to AWS-based services.
- Enable AWS Financial Services field teams to be more effective in their interactions with key prospects and customers.
- Partner with customers to develop and implement industry-specific solutions on AWS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering degree.
- 10+ years of insurance industry experience within insurers, software vendors, or system integrators.
- Demonstrated understanding of the overall insurance landscape. Expertise across insurance value chain such as policy administration, claims, and billing; enterprise content management (ECM); business process management (BPM); Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
