Tradesperson - Restoration and Reconstruction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tradesperson to join our team at Paul Davis of Thunder Bay, ON. As a key member of our restoration and reconstruction team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality in our work.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Reconstruction Manager.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
- Dedication to customer service and a strong work ethic.
- Fluency in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Capacity to lift 75 LBS frequently.
- Desire to continually learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
