We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tradesperson to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our reconstruction team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties to their pre-disaster condition.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Reconstruction Manager.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
- Dedication to customer service and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- The ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
