About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Montana's BBQ and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items that showcase our signature BBQ flavors and exceed our guests' expectations.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
