About the Role

Furious Cars Rental Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about the company.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
