Job Title: Payable Technician

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payable Technician to join our team at Cogir Immobilier. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, payments, and related documents
  • Prepare and process accounts payable payments after obtaining approvals
  • Make adjustments as needed to ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Requirements:
  • DEP or DEC in accounting
  • French/English bilingualism (an asset), with French as the primary working language
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel software
  • Knowledge of Hopem software (an asset)
