Nous développons et proposons une vaste gamme d’assurances pour les particuliers et les entreprises. En tant que courtier grossiste, nous répondons aux demandes des 4.000 courtiers, avec des produits flexibles, compétitifs et adaptés aux besoins des assurés.
Faisant partie du Groupe APRIL employant 2.500 salariés à travers le monde, APRIL Canada emploie actuellement 100 personnes réparties sur 2 bureaux (Toronto et Brossard).
Le poste est basé au siège d’April Canada à Brossard
Au sein de l’équipe comptabilité - finance qui compte 8 personnes, et en lien permanent avec le responsable comptable, ses missions principales seront les suivantes:
**Principales responsabilités**
- Suivre les comptes à recevoir courtiers.
- Procéder aux conciliations des comptes clients et suivre les relances.
- Conciliations Bancaires
- Gérer les payables fournisseurs et compte de dépenses.
- Procéder aux déclarations de taxes.
- En évolution, la découverte de clôtures et la participation à la construction de budgets peuvent être possibles.
**Profil / compétences**
- Détenir un DEC en comptabilité idéalement. Débutant accepté.
- Être à l’aise avec Excel, rapidité d’exécution sur ordinateur.
- Souhait de contribuer à un environnement bienveillant et respectueux des équilibres de chacun.
- Habileté à gérer les priorités tout en respectant les échéanciers.
- Rigueur, minutie, polyvalence, autonomie.
- Facilité d'adaptation dans un milieu attractif et dynamique.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais idéalement, être capable de communiquer au quotidien (formation possible par l’entreprise).
