Job Title: Residential Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at PS Builders Canada Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to construction sites required.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The work schedule is 35 hours per week.
