Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is being carried out to the highest quality standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction work is carried out in a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular site visits and travel required.
