Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process of residential projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with contractors, managing timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Management: Supervise construction sites, ensuring that they are safe and secure for workers and the public.
  • Quality Control: Inspect construction sites to ensure that work meets quality standards.
  • Communication: Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems that arise during construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and experience with construction software.
Work Environment:

Work under pressure, overtime required.
