Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Spring Creek Berry Barn. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food services department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit and train staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Supervise staff and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food services management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
