Retail Store Supervisor

Vickys Convenience is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Supervise and train sales staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets
- Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
