Retail Store Supervisor

Vickys Convenience is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and assign tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal store performance.
- Authorize Payments: Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate inventory management and order merchandise as needed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of sales staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Organized: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to Multitask: Effective multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Number of Employees: 1 to 2 people.
