Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and become the primary owner of key regional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with pre-sales and implementation teams to understand customer needs and develop strategic plans for existing customers.
  • Create and execute account strategies to drive platform adoption and prepare for future services.
  • Conduct business review sessions with key accounts to foster customer advocacy and ensure financial success and customer happiness.
  • Develop strong relationships within customer organizations and promote platform advocacy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Contact Center or a CCaaS organization, with a strong consultative approach to understanding customer needs and challenges.
  • Proven ability to build deep relationships within accounts and demonstrated leadership qualities that unite and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the excitement of driving business growth.
