First Call Construction is a dynamic company seeking an experienced office administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As an office administrator at First Call Construction, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative tasks. Your key duties will include arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and accurate with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with MS Windows and electronic schedulers
