As a dynamic and expanding company, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator to join our Sales Administration Department.

Job Summary:

The Sales Admin & Account Receivable Coordinator will report to the National Sales Admin Manager and play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support to our Sales, Accounting, and Warehouse teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support Sales and Account Receivable teams to ensure compliance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Work closely with Sales teams to maintain operation consistency across regions
  • Ensure accurate and timely period-end process and inventory count runs
  • Coordinate daily operations with Account Receivable and Sales teams
  • Support invoicing and account receivable-related duties
  • Provide training and guidance to sustain Sales and Account Receivable daily operations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail with accurate data entry
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Training or experience with SAGE300, D365, EDI, and Retail Link
  • Familiarity with ACCPAC and WMS systems
  • Relevant accounting experience
