Staffing Coordinator Job Description

ANY Group Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews and notify applicants of results.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions and other recruitment sources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
