Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Specialist to join our team at Exchange Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Vault Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our foreign exchange services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory of CAD dollar and foreign currencies, including daily balancing and bi-weekly balancing for minor currencies.
- Prepare and ship foreign currencies to clients via FedEx and Armored Couriers.
- Contract obsolete banknotes and maintain accurate counts of all foreign banknotes in inventory.
- Ensure all orders and wholesale transactions adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.
- Perform record center tasks, including retrievals, incoming, destructions, internal moves, and permanent withdrawals.
Requirements
- Strong technical capacity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent performance management skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work evening hours and occasional weekends as needed.
