Key Responsibilities
  • Advise business leaders on recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent.
  • Contribute to and execute the talent acquisition strategy, process, and delivery at Sun Life.
  • Proactively build, nurture, and engage talent communities within and outside of Sun Life.
  • Provide market intelligence and insight to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct industry research to stay up-to-date on the latest news and trends in the recruitment world.
  • Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives and understand their impact on company culture and business outcomes.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for frequent interactions with colleagues and internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
Requirements
  • Strong Talent Scout capabilities to find top talent using social networks, research tools, and creative techniques.
  • Skilled in relationship building, flexible, and resilient with the ability to adapt to multiple demands and changing business conditions.
  • Data-driven with a focus on data quality and integrity.
  • Experience with technology (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and an applicant tracking tool (Workday strongly preferred).
