Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Nautical Consulting Group Ltd.

Job Summary

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization. This role will also involve representing the organization in negotiations and other official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Work Environment

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work in a team and be organized.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience and a College/CEGEP education. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and be organized.
