Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Pro-Star Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Work Environment:

The Operations Vice President will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
