Job Title: Operations Vice President

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Nautical Consulting Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Operations Vice President will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and team player
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail
