About the Role

Fidelity Investments Canada is seeking a skilled Investment Associate to join our ETF Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating investment and product content to support the sales of our funds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned products and the capital markets in which they invest.
  • Ensure that assigned products are optimally positioned for success.
  • Support sales team members with product information and sales training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investment staff, retail sales teams, and marketing partners.
  • Develop and deliver ETF education and marketing ideas.
  • Monitor ETF trading activities and maintain strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Progressing toward CFA designation or advanced business or financial analysis degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant investment industry experience and/or academic experience would be an asset.
