About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Associate to join our team at Crestpoint Real Estate Investments. As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our investment team in the analysis, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
  • Support the investment team in the development of investment strategies and recommendations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of related experience in real estate investment or a related field.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ARGUS real estate software.
  • CFA designation considered an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to think logically and problem solve effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining strict deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude, the ability to take initiative, and work in a dynamic environment.
