About the Role
The Senior Investment Associate will play a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities in Ontario's infrastructure sector. This includes conducting research on manager strategies, operational and risk management processes, and providing input into decisions pertaining to the investment strategies for the Building Ontario Fund's priority sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Investing in infrastructure and allocating risks amongst the Corporation and other investors
- Structuring proposals and negotiating agreements with investors in infrastructure projects
- Providing advisory services with respect to financing infrastructure projects
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Business, or other related quantitative discipline with one to three years of relevant experience at an investment bank, strategy consulting, or related sector work. CFA, CAIA, or any other relevant professional designation would be an asset.
