About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Molly Maid. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities
    • Lead a team of cleaners to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Monitor and maintain cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities
    • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
    • Identify and address any issues or concerns that may impact our cleaning operations.
  • Recommend and Arrange for Additional Services
    • Assess the needs of our clients and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
    • Arrange for these services to be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties
    • Provide guidance and support to cleaners to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
    • Assist cleaners in completing tasks and resolving any issues that may arise.
Work Environment and Conditions

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
