We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Greater Sudbury, Canada. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Address client concerns and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
