We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team in Greater Sudbury, Canada. In this role, you will oversee cleaning operations, ensuring that all facilities meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff and daily activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality results.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Provide training and guidance to new cleaning staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Respond to client concerns and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety protocols, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
