About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer II to join our team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a key member of our Customer Trust team, you will be responsible for building tools, frameworks, and APIs that protect customer privacy and retain their trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions that support privacy by design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer privacy concerns
  • Develop and maintain APIs and tools that protect customer data
  • Contribute to the development of our product roadmap and technical strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
