Job Summary:

  • Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess the performance of sales staff and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Arrange sales demonstration appointments and complete sales transactions.
  • Conduct sales calls and ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field an asset.
