Job Title: Sales Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Auxaire Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a strong understanding of the retail sales industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
