Job Title: Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Auxaire Inc. as a Sales Team Lead. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are working efficiently and effectively
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
