About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for the configuration, management, and design of our digital insurance solutions. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Configuration and Management: Design and implement digital solutions to meet the needs of our customers.
- User Testing and Resolution: Assist in user testing efforts and resolve any testing conflicts that arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce and analyze reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Culture and Brand Promotion: Promote and model Forward's culture, values, and brand promise.
- Professional Development: Continuously build your professional and technical expertise.

Requirements
- Technical Skills: Experience with web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, and SQL.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Design Knowledge: Knowledge of design processes and methodologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Education: Computer science, web development, or other relevant post-secondary education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the insurance industry is not required but would be considered a major asset.
- Jira/Confluence Knowledge: Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is not required but would be considered a major asset.
