Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at RFDM Solutions Inc. in downtown Victoria. As a hybrid between a digital marketer and content curator, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns, and measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics.
You will also be responsible for creating copy for email newsletters, websites, and supporting the marketing team with copy for landing pages, digital ads, and producing captions for social media content. Additionally, you will work directly with clients to book meetings and write and create articles for publication online with SEO.
Requirements- Ability to create and manage paid advertising campaigns in at least one or two major platforms
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns
- Experience measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics
- Comfort with learning new technologies rapidly
- Comfortable speaking with and listening to clients
- Responsible for delivering projects on a deadline
- Juggling multiple projects at once
- Experience working within CRMs such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Hubspot, etc.
We offer a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a standard 7.5 hour workday. Compensation will be based on your skills and previous work experience. We also offer a generous extended health plan and three weeks paid vacation to start, with the opportunity to boost up to four weeks after completion of the first year.
Our office is located in downtown Victoria, and while we prefer to hire locally, we are open to candidates across Canada as we offer fully remote work. Those who live in Victoria will also have access to our downtown office should they wish to have an office space to go to.
