Job Title: Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our leadership team at Tactile Robotics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration for our flagship products, PrepScanner and DenTeach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence.
  • Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue targets through direct sales, partnerships, and other channels.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including dental schools, educational institutions, and professional training centers.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote PrepScanner and DenTeach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental, medical, or educational technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales and marketing plans that drive growth.
