Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Hotel Cleaning and Maintenance Associate to join our team at Clublink. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities, including rooms, public areas, and amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the hotel, including rooms, corridors, and public spaces;
  • Clean and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture;
  • Make beds, change sheets, and distribute clean towels and toiletries;
  • Stock linen closets and ensure that all necessary supplies are available;
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances;
  • Handle lost and found items and report them to management;
  • Assist guests with requests for extra supplies or other items;
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers;
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings;
  • Clean changing rooms and showers.

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This role requires the ability to work independently, handle fast-paced environments, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail. You should be comfortable bending, crouching, kneeling, and engaging in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout your shift.

Personal Suitability: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent client focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability skills. A team player attitude and strong organizational skills are also essential.
