Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and book meetings.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
