Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare Group. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes and communities.

About the Role

This position involves working as a primary caregiver in a complex environment, ensuring that clients receive the highest standards of nursing care. You will utilize a variety of nursing skills, including wound care management, IV therapy, diabetes management, and more. Your critical thinking and clinical judgment will be essential in implementing client-centric care and making informed decisions about treatment plans.

You will also be responsible for documenting key client information and updates on their treatment plans, utilizing your exceptional documentation and time management skills. Our comprehensive training and mentorship programs will support your continued learning and growth as a professional.

Requirements
  • Graduate from a recognized accredited School of Nursing
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN (Registered Nurse) or RPN (Registered Practical Nurse)
  • Experience with home care and community settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
