We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Mohammad Ittihadieh. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary.

About the Role

In this role, you will provide personalized support and care to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement care plans that meet each client's unique needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in home health care, be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Assist clients with daily tasks such as feeding, laundry, and light housekeeping
  • Plan therapeutic diets and menus to meet clients' nutritional needs
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition to our team
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
  • Minimum 1-7 months of experience in home health care
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
