Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments and returns. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
  • Assign sales workers to duties and tasks
  • Hire and train staff, or arrange for training
  • Authorize payments and returns
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Manage cash and conduct performance reviews
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

40 hours per week.
