Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Specialist to join our team at DIVINE SLEEP PRODUCTS INC. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $43,000 - $56,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices and advertisements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze workforce needs to inform strategic hiring decisions
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant information and selection processes
  • Collaborate with managers to determine staffing requirements and develop plans to meet them
  • Advise on employee benefits, training opportunities, and other related matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 7 months of work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
