Senior Director, Development Physician, Immuno-Oncology Expert

Key Responsibilities- Oversee the design and delivery of clinical trials within late-phase programs or multiple early-phase programs in the Immuno-Oncology group.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance clinical trials and ensure patient safety.
- Develop and implement clinical development strategies and trial designs, incorporating research, clinical pharmacology, biomarker, medical safety, toxicology, regulatory, biostatistics, medical affairs, and health economics perspectives.
- Manage the development of protocols and regulatory documents, and lead clinical development teams to achieve clinical development milestones.
- Collaborate with Development Scientists and Clinical Operation Leads to ensure efficient and streamlined execution of clinical trials and acquisition of high-quality clinical data.
- Proven experience in clinical development, with a strong background in immuno-oncology.
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate clinical development strategies and trial designs to internal and external stakeholders.
