About the Role


Hazelview Properties seeks a skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee the general management and upkeep of our properties. This role requires someone with experience in maintenance, trades, or a related field, who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional service and support to residents by promptly responding to issues and requests.
  • Maintain a superior level of co-operation, service, and support throughout the property.
  • Ensure compliance with community rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.


Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or license in a trade profession is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, trades, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work on-call, including evenings and weekends.
  • WHMIS certification and knowledge of mechanical and HVAC systems are assets.
