Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented medical administrative coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, managing patient records, and coordinating appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and processing paperwork
  • Manage patient records, including maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
  • Coordinate appointments, including scheduling and rescheduling as needed
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a medical administration role; experience in pediatrics a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software
