Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, support, coach, motivate, and manage a dedicated team of FOH employees to ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction rates by consistently monitoring and addressing guest concerns
  • Accomplish human resource objectives by enforcing all policies and procedures, including staffing levels for host/hostesses, servers, and bartenders
  • Maintain an engaging and memorable ambience in VIP areas through effective control of lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, and food presentation
  • Reconcile end-of-night funds and manage stress in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence
  • Ability to initiate innovative and creative sales and food service activities
  • Safe food handling and smart serve certification preferred
  • A flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ideal candidates would possess a college or hospitality degree
  • A minimum of 2 years' previous experience in a bar, licensed restaurant, or similar environment
