We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. in Boucherville, Quebec. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing our pricing strategy for each business category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand market dynamics and identify pricing opportunities
  • Provide sound pricing recommendations to stakeholders
  • Liaise with Merchandising teams to align category pricing with our defined pricing strategy
  • Analyze market price fluctuations and propose recommendations to maintain a competitive pricing position

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing
  • Retail experience an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, and related Microsoft software applications
