Job Title: Specialty Care Territory Manager

At LEO Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Care Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our dermatology products to healthcare professionals and driving business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, general practitioners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize product sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical, and patient support, to drive business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on dermatology or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or science.
  • Proven track record of sales success in complex markets, with a strong understanding of market access and reimbursement principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual setting.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data from various reports, with a strong understanding of sales reporting software.
